. And that certainly can be true, but there are some times when that is the worst thing that you can be. Trying to get back with an ex girlfriend is one of those times. You really don't want to be too aggressive if you are trying to win back a girlfriend whom you have recently broken up with. There are plenty of men who have tried that strategy out only to find that it seemed to make things worse. So, what can you do to win back an ex girlfriend without being too aggressive about it?

Let's first take a look at why most guys think that going the route of being aggressive is a good thing. Usually it begins with the thought that if they don't win her back now, that they will never have a chance to get back together with her. They start to imagine the worst case scenario. They think about her meeting other guys. They might even assume that these other guys are going to be much more attractive to their ex girlfriend than they are, so they feel like they won't have a shot in the dark in winning her back. You don't want to think only of worst case scenarios, because that is just going to make you go crazy contemplating all of the possibilities.

What you should be doing is trying your best to adjust to the break up in a healthy way. Even though you want to win her back, you are going to have to first deal with the reality that you and her are no longer a couple. You are going to have to work on making that something that you really are okay with. You don't have to like it or love it, you just have to learn to be comfortable with it. From there, what you are going to have to do is to learn to become a much more attractive man to your ex girlfriend.

One of the best things that you can do to win her back without coming on too strong is to maintain minimal contact with her for a while, and at the same time - working on making yourself into a better guy all around. Once you do that, then you can try to get in a little more time with her and once she sees this new and improved you, you are probably going to make her feel like she is becoming more and more attracted to you. As long as she feels that way, you don't have to come on too strong at all. You just have to slowly work your way back into her life.
