Frankly I'm a bit of a geek. As such I've recognized that technology has profoundly changed our lives. Can you even remember life without a smart phone? How many phone numbers do you actually remember? And life without a Laptop or Computer?

For me, JEFIT is one of the best. This is one awesome app! It can help you learn how to get fit fast. It's got some great features:

There are other features as well.

One of my favorite features is the integrated logs. For example, when I bring up my workout routine and access a particular exercise - it shows me the weight and reps I completed for that exercise during the previous workouts - definitely a must for monitoring progress.

It also features a save option and timer for predetermined rest periods between exercises.
