Depression is one such problem which needs help to improve. It is not a do it yourself kind of a problem and can at times be life threatening. 2) Change your eating habits. Treat yourself occasionally to help you feel better.
3) Discuss about your problem to someone on whom you can rely.
4) Going for window shopping, hanging out with friends or a walk in the park can help you to lift up your mood.
5) Regular exercise can also help in raising your mood.
