2. You need to be able to get yourself burning the fat through exercise. Most people do not get nearly enough exercise in their lives. Whether it is work, taking care of the home, or anything else that might seem to be an obstacle, you have to be committed to maintaining a regular workout schedule. Otherwise, you are going to always struggle to get power packed abs.

3. You need to have commitment to your goals of getting a six pack stomach. Truthfully, even if you don't want to have a super ripped stomach, just a lean and trim one, you are going to have to remain committed to your goals.
