1. Stay on track with your personal goals. If you don't have any, then go out and get some. The worst thing that you can do is to allow a breakup to mess with the rest of your life. Stay on track with your career and fitness goals. Your self esteem will already have taken a hit form the break up and you don't need to add to this. You have to be able to stay in a powerful frame of mind.
2. Go out and socialize. When you go through a break up with your girlfriend, you sometimes just want to get away from the rest of the world. While this can be good for a day or two, you don't want to prolong this. Get out and socialize with your friends and your family. Have fun and see what it's like to date someone else. This is a good time to really get to know yourself a little bit better.
3. Take action. You cannot just sit around and wait for your girlfriend to come back to you. You have to be able to do the things that will get her to come back to you. You can sit there and dream about her coming back to you, or you can learn how to attract your girlfriend back. The choice is YOURS.
