A lot of people will just focus on building muscle and forget to trim the excess body fat which will then end up covering up the muscled they have built. Your cardio workout need not be long, boring, and arduous. You will see the best results from your cardio workout by doing high intensity interval training. High intensity interval training includes short bursts of intense cardio activity. These short bursts of high intensity cardio activity are followed by short rest periods and then you get straight back into the high-intensity cardio. Only 10 to 15 minutes of this type of training will get you the great look you want and shed off more weight than you would run on the treadmill for an hour. Another great benefit of this high-intensity cardio is that you only need to perform it 2 to 4 times per week depending on how much you want to lose.


So to sum up what you need for a great look; focus on 10-15 minutes of intense cardio each week, as well as targeting two specific muscles daily. You can even take the weekends off and workout only 5 days a week so that you can get the sufficient rest that your body needs.
