Leg Stretch - Sit down flat on the floor with your legs spread eagle. Spread your legs as far apart as possible while keeping your knees straight. Reach with your right hand your left toes. Keep your back straight and your tummy tucked. Hold that position for 6-15 seconds. Work on the other side. Repeat the sequence for at least 6 times.

Wall Stretch - Stand up against a wall. Stand on your toes with both your hands up seemingly reaching out for something way up. Keep your back straight up against the wall. There should be a space at the back around your waist while your shoulder blades are pressing on the wall. Hold the position from 4 to 6 seconds. Repeat at least 6 times.

Touch Toes - This exercise is easy. Anyone can do this. Stand with both feet flat on the floor. Keep your arms high above your head. Slowly bend over and touch your toes. It is best to keep your legs straight but if you can't slightly bending them would be fine. Come up and repeat for least 10 times with a 2-3 seconds interval.


The Downhill - Stand with both feet flat on the floor. Keep your hands together and your arms behind you. Bend down from the waist as you slowly swing your arms as perpendicularly high as possible to your waist. Hold for 4 to 6 seconds. Slowly get back to starting position. Repeat at least 6 times.
