As far as I am concerned, there are three ways to deal with it.

In the first place, we should keep a right attitude and mind toward everything happened around us. Most of us are impulsive to seek a promotion or buy a new car after hearing about your neighbors promotion and the new purchase regardless of your economic present situation. To think it deeply, it is your vanity that rankles in your innermost heart. Needless to say, keeping a plain and calm mind in your life is very essential in metropolitan life.

Secondly, after a long-time work, it's quite necessary to take a relax. You'd remember that we are not superman and our body also needs a rich rest for next energy consuming. It is suggested that an outside door hiking or travel can be taken if with enough time and money. Otherwise, if without time and money to spend, reading a warmly good book to release your pressure is also an efficient way. As a famous saying goes well, "Either body or mind should be on the way."

Last but not least, taking exercises everyday is of great value for those who live a big city and have to support the whole family. A strong figure is your mighty arm to fight against every trouble. You need not go to a gym or club for practicing, which is a waste of money for the middle class citizens. A joggling in your garden or a heel-to-toe walking race in the street is good enough to make you breathe more fresh air and improve your vital capacity. Anyway, there are no place and time restrictions on those two practices. In the long run, you will definitely be in a radiant state with a rosy face.


In conclusion, psychological disorder is not so difficult to cope with, with the correct attitude and a strong physical body, you can deal with everything easily, let alone the life pressure.
