Once divergence occurred, we shouldn't treat each other with suspicion, as well as wait for the other part to conform to us and agree our actions. On the contrary, communication is the most significant thing. To discuss the issue calmly, it is a good thing to reach an agreement. It is also ok, if we failed in the agreement.
