While working on the computer, you can follow the 20-20-20 routine. This routine usually means every 20 minutes, concentrating on an object for 20 seconds which is situated at a distance of 20 feet. This exercise is really beneficial for computer users who spend a lot of time in front of the computer screen and reduce the chances of computer vision syndrome.
While related to your workspace, make sure that the least amount of light falls on the TV or computer screen. This will effectively reduce the glare, thus greatly lowering the stress levels on your eyes, which makes them dry. Dry eyes are more prone to irritation and a simple design of the lighting can take care of this problem. Wearing
glasses is another option to improve your vision.
Foods rich in anti-oxidants are known for as healthy to the eyes. Zinc in your food results in strengthening the natural pigments of the retina while Vitamin B maintains the optical nerves of the eyes. Among fruits, carrots are absolutely indispensable for the improvement of your vision as it contains vitamins like A, C and E.
