Sit down right now, grab a piece of paper, and write down your goals. Doesn't need to be anything fancy, heck you can just write out "gain one pound of muscle a week" and that'd work.
Next, write down how you are going to achieve these goals. Put something like "I will follow a full body workout routine three days a week and do cardio 4 days a week". Doesn't need to be anything fancy, just make a small little plan for yourself.
