Visitors to your website don't want to think about interacting with it
. They want to make a buy, find information, or just browse for fun. It helps if they can be absorbed and fascinated in the process. How can we alleviate this type of experience? Here are a few tips you should keep in mind.
Create a feeling. Your visitors are clicking through your site right now. Is it good or bad? Simple or difficult? Do you even know? The site designer must build calculated experiences into his website, instead of hoping for the best.

Don't concentrate on what your site does. Alternatively, concentrate on the personal interaction. For instance, visitors don't want to interact with a text box-they want to tell you what's on their mind!
Just ask for it! Invite people to take part in the feel you're creating. They may take you up on your offer and make their own feel more piquant in the process.
Bring about experiences. Use your services as a step to engage people in an unforgettable way. You can practice customer interactions so that when it happens, they are beautiful experiences instead of boring or appalling moments.
Add video to your website. Your product or service is the main focal point. Make highly interactive videos for your customers to keep them coming back for more.
Don't make them think. Use that statement as your experience mantra. Rather than having visitors stumble around your site, make your website exceedingly easy to use. This moves your customers from functionality to joy and participation.
Stay in touch. Try to gather customer contact information. Then mass message updates via email or mail. A quarterly newsletter is a wonderful way of keeping customers in the know and easily reminding them of your business.
