The American economy has ultimately fallen and the public have completely realized the American dream is over. Several weeks have gone by since The President announced that the Social Security system is broke and most of the back up systems has failed. The Social Security system is dumping millions of dollars into the welfare program causing the Social Security system to fail. Urban survival is a way of life now. The cities are crawling with looters and predators whilst law enforcement presence is undetected, due to the fact they have abandoned or have not survived the on slaught. The National guard are retreating to protect their families and using the survival the resources given to them. As for the Army, well they are guarding the perimeter of these cites to stop civil war from spreading. Marshal Law is in full force. Forget about utilities, the majority are broken down ad mist the chaos, stores are cleaned out and those who have not prepared are going to meet certain doom. People are becoming hungry going house to house in search of stored food supplies, in suburban neighborhoods.Finding water is just about impossible due to broken down social services. Commercial trucks are being taken over by local militia groups and armed profiteers. They in turn sell the goods left over for gold and silver as well as jewelry. The dollar is deemed valueless now and a loaf of bread will cost one ounce of gold.

This is worse case scenario, as far as a the social order breaking down, but some sort action plan should be well thought-out. Establish a 'Safe Place' away from your immediate residence where you can travel to if the worse case scenarios occur. This can be a RV, trailer, hunting cabin or a remote campsite. Keep these locations as discrete as possible. Plot several escape routes to and from the secure place. Stock them with basic provisions: food, water, food supplements,medicines, bedding, clothing, radio, self defense items, emergency power and recreational books, games etc. Keep in mind what happened to hurricane Katrina victims in the aftermath. It was survival of the fittest those who did not prepare were left out to dry. You should prepare a written survival guide and review it with family members once every quarter. Good luck my friends!
