Its is very easy. Football season it is getting closer to Playoffs. It is Sunday and i am enjoying my favorite Football game of the week with a favorite beer in my hand. That's how it started for me.
Trying to get rid of unwanted wrinkles on the stomach should not be too much of a problem with a right approach. The best thing to do to burn fat fast is to exercise [aerobic is the best]. Simple stuff like walking, cycling, jogging, swimming might make a huge difference on how your belly is looking.
Try exercising on regular basis even if it is only 20 minutes a day. If you can 20-60 a minutes a day of doing simple exercises will make a huge difference.
Taking your dog on a walk every single day will be a good start. Walking a mile or 2 a day you will mostly lose around 70-90 calories per mile.
Jogging you will lose that fat off faster so put your shoes on and ho outside.
Doing crunches is another great idea to do. Doing 20-30 a day will be a great start. If you can try doing two or three sets of 20 or 30 of them.
Second thing of course is diet. Cutting down on your calories intake might be a good start. Just count how many calories your diet delivers now and start cutting this number down. Try to eat smaller portions, drink more water through the day. Try to eat more healthy so say no more to "Fast Food" and soda.
