Wipe off the lotion that was not absorbed by your skin. Wearing clean socks everyday is very important in taking care of your feet. You must avoid socks which are too tight around the ankles or the legs. When you are sitting down, you must elevate your feet so that the blood can flow to them. While you are sitting, you should not cross your legs for a long period of time. Look for beauty products online which you can use for your foot care routine.
