Non-Alcoholic Cheese Fondue


To make a delightful non-alcoholic cheese fondue you need the following ingredients: cup apple cider to combine with mustard and cornstarch, 1 cup apple cider to combine with cheese, 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/3 teaspoon mustard powder, 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, and white pepper to bring out the taste.

How to Prepare:

1.Using your fondue pot, combine cider, lemon juice, and onions and set the stove on medium heat.

2.Continuously stir and add in the cheese.

3.In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and mustard in cup cider.

4.Gradually add mixture to the fondue pot.

5.Add some white pepper.

6.Add some more lemon juice if the mixture is very sweet.

To Dip

Cut crusty bread in bite-sized proportions. You can also use pita of flat breads. Vegetables like potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers and cauliflower are also great additions.
