On the other hand, heat is needed in the process of heat therapy. By applying a hot compress, a dry or moist heating and hydrotherapy, you will get decreased muscle spasms, relieved pain, relaxed tense muscles, and increased range of motion. You may get confused on the therapy suitable for you, so you can choose the most comfortable one as the answer.
