First: Use Website analytics:

This is one of the most used methods to monitor the activities and behavior of your website visitors. You need to install a special code on every page of your website to be able to monitor your visitors all the time while they are on your website.

2 - TweetScan: It is similar to Google Alerts but can also create an RSS feed that contains the required results.

3 - Scout Labs: It is a web-based program that has more automated features that can be very useful for small and medium sized businesses.

4 - HowSociable: Another web-based program that enables companies to measure the visibility of their brand name on 32 social media networks.
