These instructions are for merging multiple PDF files into one larger PDF file. Please note that you must have PDF Merger & Joiner software. Free download and install it on your computer, then run it.Please follow the Step-by-Step guide.
Step 1: import PDF files
Click the Add Files... button, browse your computer to find the PDF files and load them
Step 2:Select Merging method
Select a PDF file in the file list, and then click the Method button on the toolbar to select a merging method for the selected PDF file. After clicking the Method button, the following window appears.
Step 3: Setting Properties for the output file
Click the Options button on the toolbar to set properties for the output PDF file. After clicking that button, the following window appears.
Properties
Title: Specify a title for the output PDF file.
Subject: Specify a subject for the output PDF file.
Author: state the author of the output PDF file.
Keywords: Specify keywords for the output PDF file.
Security
Open password: Set a password to open the output PDF file.
Use a password to restrict printing and editing of the document: Set a password to restrict permissions
Permissions password: Specify a password to restrict permissions.
Printing Allowed: Select whether to allow others to print the output PDF file.
Changes Allowed: Select the way others can change the content of the output PDF file.
Enable copying of content: Select to allow others to copy the content of the output PDF file.
Enable text access for screen readers: Select to allow screen readers to access text when preventing copying, editing, printing and extracting text.
Step 4: Stat merge PDF files
After you get all the settings done, click the Merge button to start the merging process.
