Description of the certification

The IBM certified associate is a certification course for all those application developers who are not familiar with the usage and applications of the domino applications. It is targeted on all those application developers who would be working with Domino Designer 8 application. The basic objective for introducing this certification is the handling of tasks related to the creation and modification of the database applications. This learning related to the creation and modification of the database would be helpful in creation of skills in the individual for handling the database. There would be only one database application but it would be accessible by Notes as well as browser clients. The questions are of multiple choice types and the test is administered in English Language. Database management applications and the elements involved in design are the main focus areas on which this test lays stress on. Also, programming skills are a must for possession of the certification.
