Most people today have a big problem of packing on muscle, they can't get passed their current state. Yeah you will start to get into better shape and see some results, but you will eventually plateau like most. And when you hit this point, you will feel like not going on. Anyway, here's a few tips to help you pack on some serious muscle fast. Drinking lots of water is key to muscle growth. Your body is over 75% water, so its safe to say you need it. I recommend drinking close to a gallon a day if you can muster it up.

Get at least 6 hours of rest a day. When you sleep, your body repairs itself. I bet you didn't know that you only gain muscle in your sleep, because that is when your body repairs itself. Try to eat at 2-4 hour intervals. This will make you digest your meals faster, and have more energy to burn fat or feed muscle. It takes time to digest a meal. You aren't about to swallow a whole plate of fries whole are you? No, you will take small bites and the same is with your stomach.
