How To Pass An Exam: Advice From Experienced Students

In order to pass exams successfully students are ready to take some steps

. Some of them study material thoroughly and prepare carefully, while others prefer to stay up late the night before the exam and study all the material during one night. There are so many articles and works devoted to the topic of exam passing, but every student is free to choose his/her preferable way. Do not forget that the marks you received during the academic semester are not obviously your ticket to the successful passing of exam. They can become very helpful when your mark at the exam is not stable. For example, your answer was not brilliant, but your grades received within the semester are excellent. So, these grades may save you during the exam. The same can be said about bad marks. If your marks during semester were bad, you have the chance improve your results due to brilliant performance at the exam.

There are some useful pieces of advice how to behave at the exam.

Before the exam:

In case of any problems with the material or difficulties while studying, tell your teacher about it in order to receive his/her help.

If possible, try to know in what way you will pass your exam.

Pick up the papers necessary for the exams as soon as possible.

Make sure that you have all the necessary material for your preparation and in case of any free slots, find material that is lack.

During the exam:

When you pick up your paper, start preparation immediately, thinking about every question in the paper.

Behave calmly and keep your excitement. Hesitation and diffidence can simply spoil your exam.

While answering try to devote time to every question proportionally.

After making notes, try to answer with and without notes, if you have time
