Milk products like low-fat milk, yogurt, and low-fat cheese can be consumed.
Cooking should be done using the olive oil or canola oil.
Some people prefer to follow a vegan diet plan when they have diabetes. That is good in one way as more intake of fruits and vegetable will allow the body to have carbohydrate intake the natural way and one can limit the intake of bread, chapattis etc. Exercises like running or jogging, swimming, cycling etc. are good for the diabetic people.
