Laptops are very powerful gadgets. They are intended for those who are on the go. But, sometimes due to their fragile nature, laptops are very easy to suffer damages especially on the keys or the keyboards.

Laptops are the main substitute for desktop personal computers. They are able to help businesses on a daily basis. But, having such fragile structure can become a disadvantage if it is left without proper care.

The keys on your laptop are very much prone to the wear and tear brought upon by daily usage. People carry around their laptops everywhere even on their bed or at the dinner table.

And because of this, you will have problems with typing and encoding data later on. However, there are easy solutions to this problem. You can either get them replaced or follow the steps below.

You need to turn your laptop off and disconnect it from any forms of electricity source. Once it is done, turn the laptop on its back and unhinge all the screws after removing the battery. You will find a small connector that connects the keyboard into the laptop. Remove it in order to disconnect the keyboard.

Once the old keyboard is removed, you can attach the new keyboard into its place. Make sure that you new keyboard fits in with the laptop or else you will have to buy a new one.

Reconnect the connectors back in place and make sure that you have secured the keyboard. Check for any loose screws. Place the battery back and screw the entire place in a secured manner.

While doing the steps above, make sure that you are confident that everything is tightly secured so that you will not be adding more damage to your laptop than it already has.
