How To Recruit 500 People Per Year In Your MLM Company
Even with the development of Online Network Marketing companies and the downturn
of many of the world's traditional MLM Companies, successfull MLM business people; either online or otherwise, must learn if they are to create true wealth in their business; Building Relationships and Personal Sponsoring.
Historically, our willingness to talk to huge numbers of "cold" prospects was a defining factor in the MLM Industry, in much the same way as "selling" products. Nowadays, with the advent of the Internet; MLM professionals spend time Building Relationships with qualified leads, rather than "cold" prospects. In this way, prospects can get to know their potential sponsor before becoming involved with their business. Once a lead or prospect is satisfied that you can and will assist them to build their business, they will not only join your opportunity, but will be easier for you to teach and be far more likely to stay involved. Without this important Relationship development they will be more inclined to quit over time.
How should you train your people? Easy, say "watch, and do what you see me do". This is advantageous in 3 ways: First, your people get trained like no meeting could possibly do. Second, your people will understand that all there is to this business is building strong Relationships and Sponsoring people into your business. Third, you save the wasted time of actually going to the meeting and being bored for 2-4 hours. Instead of a meeting go have some fun!
Here are some important principle for success in your MLM business -
1. Talk To 20 "Qualified" prospects a day Where do you get these "qualified" leads? Learn how to put an Automated Sales Funnel in place, then leads will just drop out of it everydayhundreads of leads!! Now, you can build a business these days without ever picking up the phone at all, however, if you really want to explode . you're going to have to get good at building strong relationships with your prospects on the phone. That's the whole idea behind Attraction Marketing. Learn it, do it, and get good at it!
2. Never, Never, Never Chase Your Leads/Prospects Phone them, get to know them, show them that you have the resources to help them and then let them go. People hate being sold things, but they love being lead. So lead them; show them what to do next. But don'ttry to give them all the answers, give them the recourses to get their own answers. If something is their idea, it's probably a good one!
3. Become Tech Savy As stated earlier, technology has given us a fantastic opportunity to create an automated recruitment and training system, this allows us to concerntrate on the important things like building relationships and training systems. But for many of us (on the wrong side if 40) this technology is sometimes a little difficult to master. Have a go, what do you have to lose It's worth it. It may take some time for you to understand some of the more technical aspects of website development, autoresponders, Google SEO. etc, but once you understand these simple concepts, you'll be set for life and be able to relax and enjoy your system running on Autopilot. It all looks much harder than it really is, once you learn it properly you'll realise just how simple it all is.
4. Don't Spend Money On Leads Quality leads really are much easier to get than you think. Don't pay someone huge dollars for poor quality, unqualified leads. It's a comlete waste of your money. Unless you're a trained telemarketer you're just wasting your time anyway. You will need to do a huge amount of work to get a very poor result unless you're a telemarketing guru!!
5. Pay Attention To People Be genuinely interested and ask them questions about themselves. You will be far more effective by opening your ears than you ever will by rambling on about yourself. Write down important information about them. You'll be amazed at the things people will tell you when you care about them, but you have to REALLY listen.
