How To Recruit For MLM - The Fastest Shortcuts You Should Be Using


Are you wondering how to recruit for your MLM business so that you can build your downline much, much FASTER than you are right now? Are you also wondering how to recruit for your MLM business so that you have a lot fewer people who join for a month or two and then drop out?

If you want to shortcut the process of recruiting for your MLM business, then there are certain things you are going to want to do (and stop doing) immediately to make that happen. Here are a couple of tips that will help you to know how to recruit for your MLM faster than you ever before:

1. How To Recruit For MLM Shortcut #1 - Stop Wasting Your Time On People Who Are NEVER Going To Buy From You: One of the biggest reasons that people struggle to recruit for their MLM business, is that the people that their company or upline tells them to recruit (or CHASE as is the reality) are mostly people who have no personal interest in the products that they are promoting. Most new network marketers are told to recruit friends and family by selling them on the great business opportunity that their company offers. Leading with the opportunity, though, is not the best strategy for how to recruit for your MLM business.


The problem is that this is the wrong approach if you want to recruit people who will be loyal and long-term members of your downline. Think about it. Their only investment in the product or the business is YOU -- wanting (as people who care about you) to help you to succeed in your business. So when you use the chasing and arm-twisting approach to how to recruit for your MLM business, what you end up with is a downline full of people who will have no interest in buying your product long-term . . . and will likely not be interested in building the business for long.

How to recruit for your MLM more successfully is by attracting people who are already interested in the benefit(s) that your product offers -- they don't need to be convinced. All you need to do is get your message in front of them. These people will want to come into your business (whether it's as a customer or a business builder -- or both), and they will have a relationship and a loyalty to both you and the product. They will be much less likely to drop out as well. Don't worry that you will be lacking in "business builders" by doing this -- you will end up with about the same percentage of your downline being business builders no matter what.

2. How To Recruit For MLM Shortcut #2 - Position Yourself Correctly Right From The Get-Go: Another of the "biggies" in terms of what sabotages network marketers' efforts to recruit is the way they position themselves in the eyes of prospects. Once again, this unfortunately often stems from the way they were taught to market the business by their company and their upline. What are most new network marketers taught to do in terms of marketing? They are told to buy company brochures, DVDs, and car window signs. They are told to use a company replicated website. They are advised to let their upline be the "spokesperson" at in-house/hotel parties and on 3-way calls. All of these things sabotage your ability to recruit effectively -- and they are all thing you want to stop doing immediately.

Why? Well, first you are doing exactly what we talked about above that you don't want to do, i.e., to lead with the business opportunity. All of these materials and meetings are all geared toward promoting the company and its business opportunity. That is not the strategy you want to use for how to recruit for your MLM business.


Beyond the reasons we already talked about, the bigger reason you don't want to do and use these things is that they don't position YOU as the expert. This is really important. People buy from people, not from companies. They also buy from people they perceive to be the expert (not the underling). If you want to know how to recruit for your MLM so that you recruit faster, more and the best people, then your number one goal should be to position yourself as the leading authority in your niche who has a SOLUTION or an ANSWER for which people are already looking.

You can't do this when you are promoting the company or when you are letting your upline be front and center as the expert. You want to position yourself as the expert and promote the benefits of your product as a solution to an issue people are having.

The best way to do this is to stop using your "warm market" (friends and family) as your lead source, and to start using the Internet to attract the prospects you are really wanting to recruit.
