Quick diets, they all have one thing in common. They're unhealthy diets. They are like new shoes. They are in for a couple of months and they're gone. Then they find they're way back just when the company know we are ready to buy them again. When you're trying to burn fat, you really should avoid these things like the plague.
Now, the truth is many of these diets will provide some fat loss for many people. So you get some weight loss, but you could also lose some mass on these programs too, and you know that losing muscle can weaking your strength and kill your daily energy. But the bigger problem with these unhealthy diets is that you might lose some weight in quick but it will come back on even quicker and bring some extra pounds with it.
They main focus is to have you on the same type of foods so you can lose weight, which can be unhealthy eating habits. I've found they are too strict to be realistically followed, especially for a long period of time, and they're no fun. Any diet you can't follow for a lifetime is is good when it comes to burning fat.
You see, the very concept of a diet is doomed to fail. Why? Diets are based in a short term goal. See everyone is focus on losing 10 pounds and after they lose that 10 pounds they're off the diet. Why force yourself to lose 10 pounds when it's going to come right back? That may sound easy. People look for a diet for they weight and health problem, but they're not the answer. People that is on a diet don't lose weight in the long run.
