How To Reduce Perspiration Quickly?
Many people have problems with sweating and there are ways one can reduce or control the problem that are easy to do. Many of these methods are natural and do not involve the use of chemicals. How to reduce perspiration is not that difficult to do when the tips are revealed. I will also be talking about a natural sweating cure guide that I have used to get rid of my excessive sweating problem.
Some people sweat only under their arms and others sweat on different parts of their bodies. One can use a facial scrub on the areas where sweating occurs to exfoliate the skin and unclog pores. Toxins can get trapped in clogged pores and may encourage the body to sweat to cleanse them. Do not use this method more that three times a week.
The use of baby powder or corn starch can assist in reducing perspiration by absorbing sweat. They work similarly and may not stop it but it is a good control method. It can be used on any part of the body. Baking soda works much like baby powder or corn starch in absorbing perspiration. It may assist in unclogging pores which will release the toxins in the skin. Do not overuse it or it could be bad for the skin, use it twice a week.
Turnip juice is very effective in that it minimizes the activity of the sweat glands. Take fresh turnips and extract the juice from them and apply anywhere there is sweat. It is also effective to drink the juice. Sage tea works much the same way that turnip juice does in reducing the amount of sweat the glands produce. Drink a cup or two of tea daily for the best effect.
Dietary changes can make a difference, foods like garlic, red meat, onion, caffeine and spices can be problematic. Eat foods that are high in water content like vegetables and fruits to minimize body odor, they may not eliminate the all the symptoms. Drinking plenty of water will replenish the water lost when perspiring. Lemon juice can be used to eliminate the odor of sweating but will not minimize the wetness. Zinc will also provide odor relief by taking a pill a day.
Take a daily shower to cool the body down, wear clothing that is loose and made of well-ventilated materials. Wear bright colors as opposed to darker ones. How to reduce perspiration is a matter of trying different options to see what will work best. I personally managed to get rid of all my sweat problems with a step by step sweat removal guide.
