How To Remember Names

If you want to get a big social network and lot of success is by memorizing the names of the people

. If you remember the names of the people they will be impressed by you and will always be there to help you. If you will follow the enlisted four steps you can easily remember the names of the people.

1.Commit

Make a commitment by yourself that you will remember the names of the people and it must be done in the conscious state. Dont blame your memory for forgetting the names as if you want to remember the names you can easily do it and you have to do it

So before going to a party or at any place where you will meet the people prepare your self that you remember all the names and memorize that commitment you had made by yourself.

2.Concentrate

When you are not concentrating at a place and you have a distracted mind than you will not remember the names of the people. So concentrate while the person is telling the name and also form an impression of that person so that you can easily remember him or her.

If you have not listen to the name of that person than apologize from him or her and ask it again and memorize it and if you still cant get the name ask them again with an excuse that you are not able to hear it or understand it.

Portray the impression of the person in your mind, like how he or she looks and how was his or her attitude. Try all the ways to make the impression of that person so that you can memorize it.

3.Repeat

Repetition helps a lot in memorizing the name.

-As soon as you hear the name repeats it.

- Keep repeating it silently in your heart.

-If it is possible comment on the name so that you can get a clue.

-Try to use the name again and again in your conversations

-While leaving talk to the person and use his or her name.

-When you reach back t your home write it down.

4.Associate

Make a link between the name of the person and the image you had created in your mind about that person. Broaden the image and remember few things about the image in your mind with his or her name and if you are not able to make an association among the image and the name than dont worry and try to make an image that goes with the name of that person.

If you are good at memorizing the images than you can make the image of your choice according the name and than link that image to the characteristics of that person.

All the above written points must be time consuming and will also require a lot of energy but the end product is quite productive so dont worry about the time and energy.
