Gratitude and appreciation are the most powerful and useful emotions for this. Even if you have the false belief that you aren't so smart, and don't have such good people skills, don't worry. Keep it up and only after a couple of weeks, you'll notice some profound changes. The more you practice this, the more you'll believe it. The more you believe, the quicker it will come to pass.
