. Gone are the days when you could just call an agent and that person would take care of everything. The average homeowner didn't want to participate in the sales and marketing process at all. In fact, most agents discouraged homeowners from participating, and so they were not really in the loop regarding buyer feedback either. Meaning, if you want to sell a home fast you have to listen to what buyers say. They will give interesting and valuable feedback. I'm not suggesting you will have to do any remodeling in order to sell a home fast, I'm saying that understanding your potential buyers' preferences is an important key.

So, from my experience over many years of being a real estate investor I can honestly tell you that thinking ahead and anticipating what your buyers may be looking for in their new home, as well as listening to their comments when they tour your home you will be much farther along than most sellers.
