When taking the tangles of your lace wig, it is important to make sure that you do it from the tip to the root of the lace wig.

Once you have removed the tangles and the adhesives off your wig, soak it in cool water with shampoo. Be sure to use shampoos that are delicate on the hair. Using ordinary or strong shampoo may strip of the lust of your wig and leave it dry and frizzy. When the wig is soaked, you can carefully manipulate it by applying gentle strokes on the direction of the lace and not against it. Remember that this is a wig, so handle it with utmost care. Once you believe you have removed the dirt and residue off the wig, rinse it.

Rinsing your wig is fast and simple; all you have to do is place it under running water. Make sure not to create mess of the wig because it is harder to untangle a wig than it is to wet. Use light to moderate water flow, which should be enough to just rinse out the shampoo without damaging your lace wig.
