Do put your best efforts and do concentrate on your work while you are on work. This will help you in getting feeling of satisfaction, do good fortune with your economy which will help you make happier, and help you avoiding unwanted thoughts coming in mind.
After coming home from your office, do forget about the work. This is the time to enjoy. Must find some time for your hobby. Just dont take rest after coming from office. Join some training class of your favorite subject like martial art, dance class, swimming etc. Make some kind of club with your friends and do your favorite get-together or join some already existing club and enjoy it. The theme here is you must be feeling cry to have this time.
In evening, go for parties, play with your family, and eat healthy food. Enjoy your sex life and have great night.
