Next, include the full legal description of the property, complete with the specific location of the property, the owners of the home, and any extra amenities which are being sold with the home.

The date should also be included, as well as the names of the agents representing both you and the seller of the property for sale in Portugal.

The next thing to include is the bidding price of the property.
