Millions of people each year begin building their own MLM businesses with high hopes and big dreams of earning a lot of money and a fantasy life quickly! What is interesting is that only the top three to five percent of network marketers become the top income earners and live that fantasy life. MLM always gives the potential for us make great money. You can work hard, consistently do the things that will grow your organization, avoid the things that are not productive and if you do not give up, you will make it! That means that most people do not sticking with it through the rough times and not quitting. Because the people who quit, never make it and the people who don't succeed!

If you want to be a top earner in MLM you need to educate yourself about your company's products and the correct way to market them. You also need to train your business builders to know the products and to duplicate what you are doing to grow your own business! In other words, treat your venture as a real business, and you will see your MLM business thrive! Most people do not have staying power in MLM. This is because starting a business in this industry can be an emotional rollercoaster at times. Most newbies in MLM expect to reach their dreams in an unrealistically short amount of time and are disappointed when they don't reach their goals immediately. Those who are successful in Network Marketing tend to be able to treat everything as business and not take things personally. But that can be challenging sometimes.

Here are a few good ways ways to have staying power in Network Marketing, even if you haven't reached your goals yet. One way is to make sure you are in the right MLM company. You should make sure the company is financially strong, that the owners are experienced and know have a strong vision, there is a strong compensation system in place, and the products are great.

Do not set your goals unrealistically high, so that you can't possibly reach them. You will have continuous disappointment if you do this. Set high, but reachable goals and achieve them. Then set higher goals and continue to achieve them. This builds confidence and will help you have that staying power that you need while you are building your business.

Here is a task that you need to focus on, that will make your business grow and will help you to stick with it and not become frustrated when you are dealing with prospects. Get used to doing daily activites to attract prospects. This is done by building a system where you are continuously exposed to talking with and being around people. When you are out there a lot and you are attracting a lot of leads you are less disappointed when one person says no because there are many more that you are working with. For instance if you have a good prospect but not mush else going on you may focus too much on that one big prospect and devote too many emotions on the result of this prospect. This may overwhelm your prospect and there is a good chance that they will not join your business. If you have many leads at one time, you have a better chance of enrolling some of them because when you appear busy and successful, it is more attractive to people. Learn how to attract many leads by following what successful network marketers do to be successful.

You also need to know about the law of numbers in MLM. You need to reach many people to enroll a few into your network marketing business. I know that when I first started my MLM business, there were people that told me the opposite, that by reaching just a few people, I would be successful and that it was so easy to do. Most of those that quit early usually expect something for nothing. They think it is a get rich quick business and don't realize the time and work involved to grow a business!

The bottom line is that you have to know, from your inner core, what it is that is pushing you to pursue your dream. Do you need to save now to help pay for your children's educations? Would you like to work in network marketing full time and leave your current job? Are you paying pay back the debt that you have accumulated? When know why you are doing this, you are more likely to have that staying power to help you through the tough times of beginning your MLM business!

There are many other ways to help you end the emotional rollercoaster we all seem to go through that make it challenging to stick with it and achieve your financial goals. Remember this. Those who have staying power, succeed. The reason people do not make it is because they quit too soon! The less than 5% of those who keep going, do not take everything personally and don't make excuses for why it isn't working, always end up making it!
