Open iTunes on your gadget. Make sure that update version is available with you and you can check this by clicking Check for Updates tab.

Go to the Sync Outlook Calendars tab and click apply to sync this facility with your gadget.

How to Sync iPhone with Google Calendar using an App?

Sign into your Google account.

Get access to the Google calendar page.

Click on Share this Calendar option. You will get this option just next to the calendar in the drop down menu.

Click Calendar Details to locate private address. Here you will find the icon of iCal app, click on that to get the URL. Keep in mind that this URL will give access to anyone to your calendar, thus, it should not be shared with anyone.

Start iCal app and subscribe it from Calendar Menu. Provide your private URL here. You can change the name, description, and other settings of your calendar as well.

Click OK and now your gadget will update calendar events automatically.
