. Everything changes with weather so one needs to care more about their health. Point is to be healthy and look nice in winter as this winter take off your skin moistures, make skin dry and we eat too unhealthy to keep us warm thats make us skin and leads to put on unwanted weight which is most unwanted thing that happens in this weather. Health care in winter
Make habit to go for morning walk but be preparing for chilled air and weather too. I advise you to fully packed with winter clothes and have a good morning walk that keeps blood circulation good and helps you to calm and warm in winter. Have diet of anti-oxidants foods and a citrus food in your diet which improve your immune system and helps to fight disease. Always wear good winter clothes to fight chilled weather and keep yourself warm. Eat healthy foods like nuts, vegetables, fruits, vitamins and minerals to keep you healthy in winter.
Skin & Hair Care
This is a season to take care of your skin. Always wear moisturizer in morning and evening. Go for skin friendly soap or face lotion to keep skin soft and supple. Eat healthy and have vitamin E in your diet to keep skin young in winter. Apply sunscreen before going out in sun. Use humidifiers in home to prevent drying of skin. Avoid wet gloves and socks. Don't go for superhot bath as it makes your skin dry.
Hair is essential asset of human being we love our hair and everything to make them look gorgeous. Wash your hair with semi hot water not super-hot water. Use mild shampoo and blow dry them but before doing shampoo does some oil massage to keep hair healthy. Good hair mask is also essential in winter to make hair healthy and strong.
