The female hormone estrogen however is not capable of stimulating such massive muscle growth in women.
If you want to shape your figure you need to train intensely because this is what determines whether you will be able to succeed. However do not think that the length of time you spend in the gym is what will determine whether or not you are going to succeed in transforming your body shape.
The other reasons why some women are not able to shape there figure is because they do not use the proper techniques when training. When training you should ensure that the weight you are using allows you do around 6-8 reps. by the time you are finished with the last rep you should feel as if you can not do any other rep. Also when training you needs to ensure that you exercise full range of motion in each exercise.
You need to train also at a proper pace and don't go to quick otherwise you will overwork your cardiovascular system. And always remember to start by training the bigger muscles before proceeding to training the smaller muscles. You should also remember to rest in between workouts to enable your muscles to recover.
