It plays a major part in our daily life as we need the food for our survival. You should take food with less starch and sugar. Fiber products are not only good for digestion but also the cleansing treatment. The main enemy for acne is fats. Not only you gain weight but the acne will increase in number as fats contribute oil to the body. In turn, oily skin contributes to the form of acne. So you have to eat food with more fiber and reduce the intake of food with fats.
