How To Uninstall Adobe Flash Player
There are two different ways to uninstall Adobe Flash Player and that is through either the manual method or the flash video player automatic technique.
To manually remove the program, you have to follow these steps:
Select "Start" and then click "Control Panel".
After Control Panel loads up, go to "Add & Remove Programs" or "Uninstall A Program" if your system is Windows Vista & 7.
This process will enable the Add & Remove Program applet to appear.
From here, choose the program that needs to be deleted by ticking it from the list.
Proceed by clicking "Remove". Instructions will be displayed on your screen and you have to follow the specified actions to remove the program you chose to eliminate.
Using the Add & Remove Program in removing applications does not fully take out the program.
Oftentimes, some files will be left called "left-over files". These files should be removed from your computer by pressing "Start" and then locating "My Computer". Next, you have to select "C:Program Files" and then find the left-over files. After locating the files, click the folder and hit the "SHIFT + DELETE" keys on your keyboards. Reboot your computer to complete the process.
Automated Removal Method (Recommended)
For people who are not computer savvy and who think that the manual process is complicated, then this second method may be a good option. Actually, the automatic method is the one that is highly suggested for you to use as this will not just remove the program, like in this case Adobe Flash Player, but also completely flash media player eliminate all the components and other left-over programs in your system. With this method, an automated tool is used; one of the most trusted software for this method is the "Final Uninstaller". To use this tool, you can begin by downloading the Final Uninstaller program. You have to install it in your computer and then proceed by pressing "Scan". A list of programs will be shown and you have to choose "Adobe Flash Player". Mark the check box on the left side and then select "Clean". Once the steps are performed properly, Adobe Flash Player will be removed from your PC.
The last but very important step to do is cleaning the registry. The registry is a huge database where all vital files, settings & options, and information are stored - including the left-over files that may have been left if you used the manual method. Oftentimes the registry is damaged, corrupted, or infected, causing Windows to be unable to read the necessary files it needs to run effectively. Problems and errors occur. In order to prevent this from occurring you can download and run a registry cleaner tool. This way, you can be sure to fix all the problems and errors on your computer and avoid future issues as well.
