These are your psychic powers at work. Wouldn't it be nice if you could call on them at will? You can but, first you need to learn how to reach your deepest psychic level at will. When you've done that you can begin creating a new inner world for yourself and remember "Your Inner World Creates Your Outer World". In other words you can begin creating the life you've always dreamed of. Anything is now possible for you. Wealth, Importance, Happiness, anything you desire. But first you need to learn how.

Become The Creator Of Your Own Reality

OK, so what is the secret to reaching your deepest psychic level?

The most basic and effective way to reach this level is through "Guided Meditation".

For example: Start by finding a quiet place in your home, office or work area. Plan on spending 15 min. of quiet time with absolutely no interruptions or distractions. Now sit comfortably, either cross legged on the floor, sit in a comfortable chair or lie on a chesterfield, but be comfortable. 5 min. into your quiet time you don't want to be fidgeting because you're uncomfortable or your leg fell asleep. Now quiet your mind, try not to think about anything (at first this won't be easy). Begin by making the sound "ah". This will help you to stop the thinking. Stop making the sound and concentrate on your breathing. Feel the air as it enters your nose and into your lungs. Take deep gentle breathes. Hear the sound of your breathing as the air enters your lungs. Continue this for 15 min. and then gently come back. Notice how relaxed you feel.

That is an example of meditation.

This is the beginning or base for developing your psychic powers.

Once you have mastered this then you go on to learn how to access your psychic mind.

You are reading this for a reason. Nothing happens by accident. Don't ignore your psychic abilities anymore. Your psyche is real and will guide you through life with ease if you let it but it won't force you. It will gently suggest, you have to listen to it and act without second guessing.
