How To Upload Files In File Manager In Cpanel

Its very simple to upload the files in the cPanel through the file manager tool

, so lets check out how you can upload the files in the cPanel so that your website can load all the images, videos and also the zip files which can be uploaded on the website.There are range of supported files which can be uploaded in the file manager in the cPanel. So, lets check out how you can do so.

Procedure to upload files in the File Manager:

Firstly, you need to head to the File Manager, which is present in the Files section which is available in the cPanel itself. After getting in the files section, select the File Manager Option from many folders. So, as soon as you click on the file manager icon, you will see that a new screen from where you need to browse the file which you wish to upload. Click on the upload option from the screen.

Now, click on the Search option icon and double-click on the first file to upload. The upload will begin automatically.

After, clicking on the search option, you need to click on the Browse button which is next to one of the top fields and search for and double click each one and the file will be uploaded automatically.

Now, just repeat the above process to upload other files if any as you can upload multiple files.

Now, click on the overwrite existing files check boxes so that if you want to overwrite existing files with the same name you can do the same again.

Now, you need to download files from the server to the computer through the download option which is available on screen of the cPanel.

Now, you can copy and move the uploaded files between the account folders name and then you can copy and move the file functionalities and then you can copy and then again move the file functionalities. You can remove and then delete the existing files through the corresponding options.
