This can be done by installing the required drivers - you can get these on the CD/DVD that was provided to you when you purchased the cell phone. Generally, cellphones that can be used as a modem to connect computers to the Internet have software, through which they can connect to the Internet. All you have to do is to run the software, and the computer will be connected to the Internet - provided you have an active GPRS connection.

However, keep in mind that the speed that you will get will be nothing near the speed that a typical broadband connection will give you, and if you are on a limited GPRS plan, you might even run up a huge bill. Therefore, you should use such a service only if you really wish to connect to the Internet and there is no other option available.
