Ignoring the importance of being able to escalate a conversation in a way that creates attraction is going to keep you from really being able to walk up to any woman that you want. Having a conversation when it is just the two of you will rapidly increase the attraction between you and her. This will give the feeling of the two of you already kind of being out together. From there, it's not much of a stretch to then go on a date or meet up again.
