How To Use Vinegar As A Stain Remover

? Worry no more because in this article I'm going to show how to get rid of stubborn stains using commonly available products.

Are you aware that Vinegar is a very effective stain remover? Interesting facts. Below I'll show you how to remove 16 types of tough laundry stains with extra ordinary ease using nothing but commonly available white vinegar and some elbow grease.

1. Tomato Stains

These can be very annoying; especially if you get one on the front of your favorite tee, to remove tomato stain simply saturate the stain with generous amount of white vinegar, leave it to soak then simply wash the stain away.

2. Coffee or Tea Stains

Well, not as tough as the one above but just as annoying; souse the affected area with white vinegar, wait for a few minutes then wash as usual to get rid of the stain.

3. Get rid of Wine Stains

Nothing beats the magical wine moments but a wine stain is not something you wanna have in your shirt or any part of your garments, if you accidentally spill wine into your cloth during a celebration, then you need to remove the cloth and apply some vinegar directly to the stain or the affected area, let it stand for sometime,probably a few minutes and then rinse with water repeatedly until the stain is gone, then you can wash the garment as usual.

4. Mustard Stains

For mustard stain, douse the affected area with white vinegar and let it soak in. Then use some detergent to spot treat the areas and finally wash.

5. Grease stain

Soak the stained cloth in concentrated vinegar solution then proceed to wash as normal.

6. Sweat Stains

Apply some vinegar over the stain, then apply and rub coarse salt in to the stain - table salt works here. You can then wash the garment as normal and place it out sun to dry.

7. Grass Stains

Apply using sponge white vinegar to the stain, and dab lightly to lift. Should the stain persist, make a paste of baking soda and vinegar then brush it into the stain using an old toothbrush. Wash as normal.

8. Ink Stains

Apply white vinegar directly to the stain. Proceed to rub using a baking soda and vinegar paste then wash and hang it out to dry.

9. Deodorant Stains

Deodorants are good but improper application may result to staining of your garments; in order to remove deo stain, rub white vinegar directly in to the stain repeatedly until it fades away then proceeds to launder the garments as normal.

10. Blood Stains

When it comes to blood stain then quick action is the best cure. Immediately you notice a blood stain, apply white vinegar on the stain then allow it to soak in for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water, and if necessary repeat the process until the stay is gone then wash the garment as normal.
