How To Wash The Wool Skirt

As the winter season has come, people are looking for the different apparels that can protect them from the chilly weather

. Majority of the people wear the wool apparels as they provide lot of warmth and comfort. There are different winter apparels like sweaters, jackets, overcoats, skirts, gloves, scarves, stoles etc. Now the festive season is approaching so people are in search of the stylish winter clothes. Most of the women like to wear dresses or skirts. Many designers this season has come up with the stylish wool skirts like straight fit, pencil, a-line etc. All these skirts are available in multitude of colors along with the different designs and patterns. There are many online stores that offer the customized wool skirts. In this, the customer needs to select the fabric, design themselves and order it. People need to care lot of care while washing the wool clothes. Only wash them if it contains label of hand wash.

Below is the list of steps that need to be followed while washing the wool skirt:

First and the foremost point are to fill the tub with lukewarm water.

After that add the two teaspoons of mild detergent in water and stir it so that water can be easily distributed.

Put the wool skirt in the water properly so that dirt can be easily removed. Let it in the water for at least three to five minutes.

Take out the wool skirt from the water and remove the excess water from it. Dont twist the skirt much while squeezing as it will create wrinkles.

Now again fill the tub with water but this time water should be cold.

Again put the skirt in tub, soak it for three minutes and squeeze out the excess water.

Drain the water and again fill the tub with the water. This step needs to be repeated till water no longer appears soapy or dirty

Before the last soak fill the tub with cool water and add 1/2 cup of distilled white vinegar.

Put the skirt in vinegar water mixture and let it remain there for three to five minutes.

Take out the Wool Skirt from the vinegar and water solution

To remove the vinegar smell from the cloth soaks it in final cool water for three to five minutes

Now put the skirt on the towel and lay it down for drying
