How To Watch Your Favorite Tv Shows & Programs Right On Your Computer Monitor

With the economy in shambles and gas prices still high and on the rise

, mostly everybody in the world is looking for a great way to save money. Sure, we can drive less to save on gas. But do we really want to give up our main source of entertainment - our TV? NO WAY! TV is one of the major factors that brings a family together and provides hours of entertainment, especially cable and satellite tv. What most people don't know is that they can save a ton of money if they just watch TV on their computer monitor.

Now there are many ways one can choose to watch TV on a computer monitor. You can always watch tv shows on YouTube. All you have to do is go to YouTube.com and search for your favorite TV show. However, with YouTube, you can't watch live TV, so that kind of defeats the purpose.

What you want to do is get download a program that will allow you to watch TV on computer a monitor. Beware though - there are some free ones that will indeed let you watch tv on computer monitor, however in my experience, they usually have the most bogus channels that you've never even heard of. Those programs also often have spyware, adware, and other viruses included in them, so I recommend you stay away from the free programs.

On the other hand, there are some great programs that you can download for a super-cheap one-time fee that will let you watch all of your favorite shows and channels (normally around 3000 channels or so from all around the world). You just pay for it once (usually cheaper than one month of cable, so you already save money), download the program, and within minutes you can watch live satellite and cable TV right on your computer! It's pretty cool how it works. All you need is a computer and a high-speed internet connection (both of which you are probably using right now).

Now, you may be asking, "Well what if the whole family wants to watch our new 'TV'? Are we all going to have to crowd around the computer?" The answer is no way! Once you download the program and begin watching TV on your computer, you can then run a special wire from your computer to your regular TV. So rather than your TV receiving the signal from the cable box or a satellite dish, it will be receiving the signal from your computer. Pretty cool, huh?!
