Swish around hydrogen peroxide inside your mouth for a minute or so, and then spit the hydrogen peroxide out. Rinse your mouth with water thoroughly. You can also wipe the hydrogen peroxide on your teeth with a cotton swab, but make sure you wipe the back of each tooth as well. You should see whiter teeth in a few weeks.

3.Eat strawberries to whiten teeth naturally! Strawberries contain teeth whitening agents. You can either rub the strawberries onto your teeth or mash the strawberries up and spread them onto your teeth with a toothbrush. Make sure you brush your teeth afterward, though, with fluoride toothpaste.

4.Take a small bowl that has a lid and mix 1/4 cup of baking soda and 1/4 cup of salt put lid on bowl and shake it. Leave the mixture on for five minutes and then brush your teeth as normal with regular toothpaste to remove the berry baking soda mixture. Use a soft toothbrush and brush gently. For a quick spot treatment, dip a q-tip into peroxide and rub onto teeth. You can also take a capful of peroxide and swish in your mouth for 1 to 2 minutes. Just be sure to spit and rinse your mouth a few times so you dont swallow any.
