Training. There are some companies that will require you to pay for training. This doesn't mean that they are not for real, but you have to prioritize the ones that won't ask for any fees. You are looking for a job because you want to earn and it will not be a good start if you will pay before you even get paid.

Contract. This job can be done per project basis, but you can also get hired by an employee wherein you have to abide the terms according to the contract that will be given to you. If you want more freedom with the work load and your time, it will be better if you are not going to be tied with a contract, but if you prefer long-term source of income, the latter will be a better option.
