Speaking of customer service, this is the second thing that we must evaluate about our DSL internet provider. They are the ones who will help us get answers in our problems.

You can contact their customer service by email, phone or live chat. But it really depends on how long will they respond to your questions, inquiries or complains from the customers, and it will reflect their rates too. If they will always respond to your questions well and getting some answers, you will be given a possible good rate. But if you are late on responding to your customer's questions, it is not sure that they might give you a good review. This is one important thing that you should review about a DSL internet provider.

The last thing that you will review about them is speed. We know that speed is always your first priority, and we always look to save time in doing other things in the internet. If you are browsing or downloading files on the internet, you may evaluate or observe how fast they will respond. If they are fast enough to get you on the next page or to finish your download, you might give them a good rate. But if they are slow in responding to you, it depends on them.
